Panko Crusted Whitefish

We just can’t keep this off the menu!  A local favorite, this light tasting flaky fish is coated with a blend of parmesan and panko crumbs.   John pan sears it ‘til crispy then serves his special red pepper tartar sauce on the side.  18

Local Trout with Lemon Basil Compound Butter

A generous portion prepared by pan-searing a butterflied trout filet and then topping it with a parmesan and lemon compound butter.   21

Crab Stuffed Shrimp-

Oh boy! John adds all the good stuff in this dish—cream, onion, butter, pepper, parmesan, and pancetta. He tosses the pasta with linguine and then adds grilled shrimp to the top. Comes with garlic toast.   21

Pasta

Linguine with Meat Sauce

Enjoy oodles of noodles smothered by John’s meat sauce consisting of a house recipe. Loaded with vegetables, ground beef, sausage, and perfect Italian seasonings, this combination makes a perfect pasta dish.  Served over fettucine noodles.  Served with garlic toast for mopping up that yummy sauce.   Manga!    13

Pork

Chargrilled Bone-in Chop with Asian Plum Sauce –This hand cut chop is buttered and seasoned while chargrilling it for seriously delicious flavor. This week’s chop top is our perfectly sweet Asian plum sauce.  21

Chicken

Chicken Mediterranean – Grilled chicken breast tossed with sautéed artichokes, capers, feta cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and olives in a white wine butter sauce. Light, healthy, and so tasty.   17

Beef

Grilled Prime RibSlow roasted and finished to your liking on the grill with a veggie au jus. This perfectly marbled prime rib will melt in your mouth! Choose your favorite temperature and your favorite size.  Served with horseradish cream sauce. King: 29/ Queen: 25
