Entrées
Dinner entrées come with your choice of a soup or a salad, fresh vegetable of the day, and starch of the day. The spaghetti entrée comes with your choice of soup or salad. The burger comes with one side.
Bistro Spaghetti
This homemade sauce begins with ground rib-eye, ground pork and garden veggies. Blending red wine, beef stock and a special mix of Italian seasonings brings a delicious flavor to the pasta. Served w/ garlic toast for munching and mopping up. 13 Have it “John’s Way” by baking jalapeno peppers, mushrooms and mozzarella on top! 16
Parmesan Encrusted Whitefish
Not only a local favorite but it’s heart healthy too! This light and flaky fish is coated with a blend of panko crumbs and parmesan cheese, then pan seared ‘til crispy. Medina’s tasty red pepper tartar sauce is sits on the side. 18
Center Cut Pork Chop
Need a change from turkey? Our chop is hand-cut, boneless, and chargrilled just right. This week’s special topping involves cremini mushrooms and a delicious mouth-watering marsala glaze. 23
Steak Burger
This burger is pretty special, ground from rib-eye steak and weighing in at ½ pound! Cooked to order and joined with cheese, lettuce tomato and pickles. Add bacon for $2 or onions and shrooms for another $2. 13 Choose chips, giant pickle, homemade coleslaw, homemade applesauce, or homemade mashed potatoes as a side.
Chicken Schnitzel
From the “Alps” of Chimney Rock, this chicken breast is pounded thin, breaded, then pan fried. Honey baked ham and baby Swiss are melted on top, Holstein style, with a light chicken gravy served as a side. 18
