Pork Weiner Schnitzel – From the mountains of Europe to the mountains here at home, this thinly pounded and breaded pork cutlet is pan fried and topped with a brown gravy – 18
Filet Mignon – John hand cuts your piece of tenderloin then char-grills it to your preferred temperature. Crispy onion straws decorate the top, beside it, a lively Cajun horseradish sauce. – 38
Parmesan Encrusted Whitefish – Customers love this fish, it’s so light and flaky. This filet is coated with a blend of panko crumbs and parmesan cheese, then pan seared ‘til crispy. The Bistro’s house red pepper tartar sauce sits on the side. – 19
