Center Cut Chop – A very generous hand cut, boneless chop is chargrilled the way you like it. This weekend’s special top is our very own bacon onion jam. – 21
Spaghetti Bolognese – John’s house sauce begins with a meat base of ground rib-eye and pork. Chicken Santa Fe – Southwest style, this all-natural chicken breast is char-grilled, then smothered with sweet bell peppers, cute as a button mushrooms and adobo spices in a creamy pepper jack cheese sauce. – 18
