Dinner Specials Friday and Saturday, January 22 and 23:  5-9 p.m.­

Entrées

Dinner entrées come with your choice of a soup or a salad, fresh vegetable of the day, and starch of the day. The spaghetti entrée comes with your choice of soup or salad.

Pork Kabobs

Generous portions of pork are threaded onto two skewers and laced between sweet bell peppers, red onions, and garden veggies.  A garlic teriyaki dipping sauce compliments this dish.   23

Chicken Mediterranean

This all-natural, free range chicken breast is sauteed and tossed with a Mediterranean mix of olives, capers, artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes in a white wine butter sauce.  Garnished with feta cheese so get your Greek on and enjoy.     20

Trout Frangelico  

A perfect pairing for this classic meal.  From the fresh waters of the Carolinas, this fish, lightly dusted with corn meal, is butterflied, pan-seared and seasoned to perfection.  A traditional Frangelico cream sauce, with its delicate flavor of hazelnuts, and a sprinkle of toasted pecans, provide a rich and nutty crunch to this beautiful plate  23

Bistro Spaghetti

Medina’s homemade sauce begins with ground rib-eye, ground pork and garden veggies. Blending red wine, beef stock and a special mix of Italian seasonings brings a delicious flavor to the pasta. Served w/ garlic toast for munching and mopping up.  13  Have it “John’s Way” by baking jalapeno peppers, mushrooms and mozzarella on top.   16

Parmesan Encrusted Whitefish

So popular we just can’t leave this off the menu.  Heart healthy and tastes great too!  This light flaky fish is coated with a blend of panko crumbs and parmesan cheese, then pan seared ‘til crispy.  Medina’s tasty red pepper tartar sauce sits on the side.   18

Homemade Ice CreamToday’s flavors are salted caramel, chocolate, or vanilla. 3 a scoop

Pie of the Day – Ask your server for today’s flavors. Without ice cream 3.5/with ice cream 5.5

Peanut Butter PieA graham crust and layers of peanut butter & chocolate. Topped w/whipped cream.   5.5

Medina’s Bread Pudding-Layers of our house cinnamon rolls baked w/ sweet sugar deliciousness. Served nice and warm w/ cream cheese icing, whipped cream, & powdered sugar. 5.5
