Dinner Specials Thursday, Friday and Saturday, May 27 -29:  5-8 p.m.­

Entrées

Dinner entrées come with your choice of a soup or a salad, fresh vegetable of the day, and starch of the day. The spaghetti entrée comes with your choice of soup or salad. The shrimp salad does not come w/sides. 

Chicken Mediterranean

Free range chicken breast is rubbed with house seasonings and grilled then ladled w/ a garlic, sundried tomato, feta cheese, & white wine butter sauce.    18

Grilled Shrimp Salad

Fresh wild caught shrimp are skewered and chargrilled then placed on a fresh spinach salad w/ bacon, cucumber, red onion, strawberries, watermelon, feta, and a homemade balsamic vinaigrette.  Served w/fresh lemon.  20

Bistro Spaghetti

Medina’s homemade sauce begins with ground rib-eye, ground pork and garden veggies. Blending red wine, beef stock and a special mix of Italian seasonings brings a delicious flavor to the pasta. Served w/ garlic toast for munching and mopping up.  13  Have it “John’s Way” (if you dare) by baking jalapeno peppers, mushrooms and mozzarella on top.   16

Parmesan Encrusted Whitefish

So popular it just doesn’t comes off the menu.  Heart healthy and tastes great too!  This light flaky fish is coated with a blend of panko crumbs and parmesan cheese, then pan seared ‘til crispy.  Our Bistro’s tasty red pepper tartar sauce sits on the side.   18

BBQ Chop

John hand cuts a wicked thick, center cut, boneless chop.  Seared on the grill and finished in the Bistro’s wood fired oven, this entrée is accompanied with a sweet and spicy BBQ sauce.    23

This menu begins at 5 p.m.

Wood fired homemade 13” wheat crust pizza. All pizzas come with Italian crushed tomatoes. Gluten Free Pizza Crust-+$2 Marinara-2/ X Marinara-2

Homemade Ice CreamToday’s flavors are salted caramel, chocolate, or vanilla. 3 a scoop

Pie of the Day – Ask your server for today’s flavors. Without ice cream 3.5/with ice cream 5.5

Peanut Butter PieA graham crust and layers of peanut butter & chocolate. Topped w/whipped cream.   5.5

Medina’s Bread Pudding-Layers of our house cinnamon rolls baked w/ sweet sugar deliciousness. Served nice and warm w/ cream cheese icing, whipped cream, & powdered sugar. 5.5
