Three Cheese Stuffed Bone-in Chicken Breast
All white chicken breast is rubbed with butter and seasoning and stuffed with three cheeses, butter, and garlic before wood firing. This chicken breast is knockout delicious. 16
Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet rubbed with John’s. blackened seasoning. Our homemade mango pineapple salsa completes this delectable fish. 20
Bistro Spaghetti
Medina’s homemade sauce begins with ground rib-eye, ground pork and garden veggies. Blending red wine, beef stock and a special mix of Italian seasonings brings a delicious flavor to the pasta. Served w/ garlic toast for munching and mopping up. 13 Have it “John’s Way” (if you dare) by baking jalapeno peppers, mushrooms and mozzarella on top. 16
Parmesan Encrusted Whitefish
So popular it just doesn’t comes off the menu. Heart healthy and tastes great too! This light flaky fish is coated with a blend of panko crumbs and parmesan cheese, then pan seared ‘til crispy. Our Bistro’s tasty red pepper tartar sauce sits on the side. 18
BBQ Ribs
Our BBQ ribs are so tender they fall off the bone. House BBQ rub seasons these ribs and a house BBQ sauce completes them. 22
