Trout with a Twist – From the waters of the Carolinas, this sustainable trout filet is butterflied and pan seared. Joining this meal are walnuts sitting in an Irish Bailey’s Cream sauce. – 22
Smothered Chop – A generous sized, center cut, boneless chop is grilled just the way you like it. This weekend’s chop top is a harmonically balanced blend of sweet onions, bell peppers, baby Portobello shrooms and white cheddar cheese sauce. – 21
Parmesan Encrusted Whitefish – Customers love this fish, it’s light, flaky and heart healthy. Your filet is coated with a blend of panko crumbs and parmesan cheese, then pan seared ‘til crispy. The Bistro’s house red pepper tartar sauce sits on the side. – 19
Stock Yard Rib-eye – Marvelously rich and juicy, this 16oz boneless Chicago beef is wood fired to your preferred temperature. Cajun horseradish sauce sits on the side. – 29 Rib-eye for two? Try our 32oz bone-in version! – 45
Spaghetti Bolognese – John’s house sauce begins with a meat base of ground rib-eye and pork. Add to that, special Italian seasonings, garden veggies and a blend of red wine and beef stock to make a delicious pasta meal. Chicken Piccata – This all-natural chicken breast is wood fired, then served with a sauce of lemon, white wine, chicken stock, butter, garlic and capers to complete a delicious entrée. – 18
Shrimp n’ Grits – The best shrimp and grits served Southern style. Several shrimp, sautéed with onions, peppers and Andouille sausage are served over pimento cheesy grits. – 21
