Hand Cut Pork Chop – A generous sized hand cut chop chargrilled for perfect flavor. The top of this chop is a delicious smoky sweet BBQ sauce. – 21
Parmesan Encrusted Whitefish – Customers love this fish, it’s light, flaky and heart healthy. Your filet is coated with a blend of panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese, then pan seared ‘til crispy. The Bistro’s house red pepper tartar sauce sits on the side. – 19
Spaghetti Bolognese – John’s house sauce begins with a meat base of ground rib-eye and pork. Add to that, special Italian seasonings, garden veggies and a blend of red wine and beef stock to make a delicious pasta meal.
