Dinner entrées come with your choice of a soup or a salad, fresh vegetable of the day, and starch of the day. Spaghetti comes w/a choice of soup or salad.
Bistro Spaghetti
Medina’s homemade sauce begins with ground rib-eye, ground pork and garden veggies. Blending red wine, beef stock and a special mix of Italian seasonings brings a delicious flavor to the pasta. Served w/ garlic toast for munching and mopping up. 13 Have it “John’s Way” (if you dare) by baking jalapeno peppers, mushrooms and mozzarella on top. 16
Asian Plum Sauce Chop
John hand cuts a wicked thick, center cut, boneless chop. Seared on the grill and finished in the Bistro’s wood fired oven, this chop is served with our Asian Plum Sauce. 23
Parmesan Encrusted Whitefish
So popular it just doesn’t comes off the menu. Heart healthy and tastes great too! This light flaky fish is coated with a blend of panko crumbs and parmesan cheese, then pan seared ‘til crispy. Our Bistro’s tasty red pepper tartar sauce sits on the side. 18
BBQ Ribs
Our BBQ ribs are so tender they fall off the bone. House BBQ rub seasons these ribs and a house BBQ sauce completes them. 22
Chicken Piccata
Capers, white wine, and butter is what’s in this traditional piccata sauce ladled on our free range wood fired chicken breast. A nice light Summery dish sure to make you happy! 18
