Dinner entrées come with your choice of a soup or a salad, fresh vegetable of the day, and starch of the day. The spaghetti entrée comes with your choice of soup or salad.
Chicken Tetrazzini
This casserole is made with free range chicken breast meat. Accompanied by linguine noodles, peas and carrots, sauteed onions and celery, this dish is also joined with a lovely cheese sauce and a dash (or two) of sherry to bring those taste buds to attention. Top that off with a Panko-Parmesan-Cheddar cheese crumble bubbling with flavor and, “Mangia!” 16
Blue Star Highway Burger
It’s a half pound, ground rib-eye steak burger, cooked to order. Made special with Pepper Jack cheese sauce smothering mushrooms and caramelized onions. Now that’s a burger to write home about. 13 Add bacon if you dare for an extra: 2
Parmesan Encrusted Whitefish
Heart healthy and tastes great too! This light flaky fish is coated with a blend of panko crumbs and parmesan cheese, then pan seared ‘til crispy. Medina’s tasty red pepper tartar sauce sits on the side. 18
Bistro Spaghetti
Medina’s homemade sauce begins with ground rib-eye, ground pork and garden veggies. Blending red wine, beef stock and a special mix of Italian seasonings brings a delicious flavor to the pasta. Served w/ garlic toast for munching and mopping up. 13 Have it “John’s Way” by baking jalapeno peppers, mushrooms and mozzarella on top. 16
Asian Pork Chop
Our generous chop is hand-cut, boneless, and chargrilled. Joining it this weekend is a sweet and delicious Asian plum sauce. 23
