Bourbon Apple Chop – This boneless, center cut chop, cooked to your preferred temperature, is complimented by bourbon apple sauce made with local Edneyville apples that are braised in brown sugar, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg, then flambeed in a North Carolina bourbon. – 21
Tarheel Trout – Local and fresh, this Carolina trout is butterflied and pan seared with house blend seasonings. Served with a tasty sun-dried tomato, roasted garlic, pesto cream sauce – 23
Filet Mignon – Hand cut and oh so tender, this 8-10 oz choice piece of beef is served with sautéed garlic and shallots. Mushrooms are flambeed in Brandy, while the pan sauce is reduced to create a lovely gravy. – 36
Chicken Mediterranean – Free range chicken breast is grilled and topped with a Mediterranean mix of feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, green olives, capers, and artichokes in a delicate white wine, lemon and butter sauce. – 18
Parmesan Whitefish – Not only a local favorite but it’s heart healthy too. This light and flaky fish is encrusted with parmesan cheese and panko crumbs, then pan seared ‘til crispy – 19
