Free range chicken breast in homemade breadcrumb seasoned mixture is pan-fried and topped w/homemade marinara and melted mozzarella. Served over spaghetti noodles w/garlic toast. 19
Asian Plum Sauce Chop
John hand cuts a wicked thick, center cut, boneless chop. Seared on the grill and finished in the Bistro’s wood fired oven, this entrée is accompanied with a sweet and spicy house BBQ sauce. 23
Parmesan Encrusted Whitefish
So popular it just doesn’t comes off the menu. Heart healthy and tastes great too! This light flaky fish is coated with a blend of panko crumbs and parmesan cheese, then pan seared ‘til crispy. Our Bistro’s tasty red pepper tartar sauce sits on the side. 18
