John hand cuts a wicked thick, center cut, boneless chop. Seared on the grill and finished in the Bistro’s wood fired oven, this entrée is accompanied with a sweet and spicy Asian plum sauce. 23
Parmesan Encrusted Whitefish
So popular it just doesn’t comes off the menu. Heart healthy and tastes great too! This light flaky fish is coated with a blend of panko crumbs and parmesan cheese, then pan seared ‘til crispy. Our Bistro’s tasty red pepper tartar sauce sits on the side. 18
Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet rubbed with John’s. blackened seasoning. Our homemade mango pineapple salsa completes this delectable fish. 20
BBQ Ribs
Our BBQ ribs are so tender they fall off the bone. House BBQ rub seasons these ribs and a house BBQ sauce completes them. 22
