Crab Stuffed Whitefish–
Mild whitefish stuffed w/ lump crab cake stuffing made here in Medina’s kitchen. The perfectly wood fired fish is finished w/ a Hollandaise drizzle. Fresh lemon wedges garnish this dish. 24
This homemade sauce begins with ground rib-eye, ground pork and garden veggies. Blending red wine, beef stock and a special mix of Italian seasonings brings a delicious flavor to the pasta.
