Smoked Trout Dip – NC Smoked Trout is used in this creamy dip that is so good you’ll crave it from this day forward. Served with grilled crostini. – 8.5

Asian Chop – This wood fired chop is hand cut and boneless, cooked to your preferred temperature. Our Asian plum sauce, sweet and spicy, is delightful and makes for a delicious sauce that will tickle your taste buds. – 21
Trout Almondine – A perfect pairing of this classic meal. From the fresh waters of the Carolinas, this sustainable trout filet is butterflied, pan-seared and seasoned to perfection. A traditional French Almondine sauce consisting of butter, lemon juice and slivered almonds provides a rich and nutty crunch to this beautiful plate. – 23
Fred’s Birthday Beef Stroganoff – Happy birthday Fred! Not only Fred will like this one! Chunks of beef tenderloin, oh yes, tenderloin, are added to crimini mushrooms and sweet onions to make a red wine brown gravy. Cooked until tender, finished with sour cream and served over a bed of egg noodles for a meal full of wonderful! Served with crusty bread to mop up all of that delicious sauce. – 18
Chicken Mediterranean – Your all-natural chicken breast is sautéed and tossed with artichokes, capers, sundried tomatoes and green olives. A lemon white wine butter sauce and a garnish of feta cheese completes this delicious meal. – 18
Parmesan Whitefish – Not only a local favorite but it’s heart healthy too. This light and flaky fish is encrusted with parmesan cheese and panko crumbs, then pan seared ‘til crispy. Served with fresh lemon and homemade red pepper tartar sauce on the side. – 19
