Shrimp Scampi Dinner

A generous number of shrimp are combined with garlic butter, wine and lemon. Cooked in our wood fired grill for a delicious scampi flavor and topped with a buttery breadcrumb crust.    24

Chicken Parmesan

Get your Italian on when a very generous, allnatural chicken breast is breaded, pan fried and adorned with Medina’s homemade marinara sauce and a three cheese blend of mozzarella, smoked provolone and parmesan.  Spaghetti completes this entrée, now “Mangia”.     20

Our thick, center cut boneless chop is hand-cut and chargrilled just the way you like it.  Joining it this weekend is fresh spinach, garlic, mushrooms and onions smothered in a creamy white cheese sauce.   23

This unique dish begins with a generous portion of shrimp sauteed with diced Cajun Tasso (a bacon specialty from southern Louisiana cuisine), garlic, butter and sherry.  Add a creamy alfredo sauce and top it off with a blend of parmesan and asiago cheese.  Served with garlic toast.   19

Beef Stroganoff

Chunks of beef tenderloin, oh yes tenderloin, and cremini mushrooms are braised with sweet onions, celery and garlic to make a savory gravy. Cooked until tender, finished with sour cream, and served over a bed of noodles for a meal full of wonderful!  Served with crusty bread. 22

Szechuan Pork Chop

This casserole is made with free range chicken breast meat.  Accompanied by linguine noodles, peas and carrots, sauteed onions and celery, this dish is also joined with a lovely cheese sauce and a dash (or two) of sherry to bring those taste buds to attention.  Top that off with a Panko-Parmesan-Cheddar cheese crumble bubbling with flavor and, “Mangia!”   16

Blue Star Highway Burger

It’s a half pound, ground rib-eye steak burger, cooked to order. Made special with Pepper Jack cheese sauce smothering mushrooms and caramelized onions.  Now that’s a burger to write home about.  13   Add bacon if you dare for an extra:  2

Need a change from turkey?  Our chop is hand-cut, boneless, and chargrilled just right.  This week’s special topping involves cremini mushrooms and a delicious mouth-watering marsala glaze.   23

Steak Burger

This burger is pretty special, ground from rib-eye steak and weighing in at ½ pound!  Cooked to order and joined with cheese, lettuce tomato and pickles.  Add bacon for $2 or onions and shrooms for another $2.  13  Choose chips, giant pickle, homemade coleslaw, homemade applesauce, or homemade mashed potatoes as a side.

Chicken Schnitzel

From the “Alps” of Chimney Rock, this chicken breast is pounded thin, breaded, then pan fried.  Honey baked ham and baby Swiss are melted on top, Holstein style, with a light chicken gravy served as a side.  18
