Dinner entrées come with your choice of a soup or a salad, fresh vegetable of the day, and starch of the day. The spaghetti entrée and chicken parmesan entrée come with your choice of soup or salad.

Chicken Parmesan

Italian breadcrumbs lightly coat this free range chicken breast which is then pan seared and served w/ baked mozzarella and homemade marinara over spaghetti noodles.   Served w/garlic toast. 18

Mediterranean Trout

This fresh Carolina trout is butterflied, lightly dusted w/ corn meal and house seasonings, pan seared & ladled w/ a garlic and sundried-tomato, feta cheese, & white wine butter sauce .   23

Sweet and Spicy Chop  

John hand cuts a wicked thick, center cut, boneless chop.  Seared on the grill and finished in the Bistro’s wood fired oven, this entrée is accompanied with a nectarine glaze that has a hint of heat from habanero peppers.    23

Dinner entrées come with your choice of a soup or a salad, fresh vegetable of the day, and starch of the day. The spaghetti entrée comes with your choice of soup or salad.

Filet Kabobs

Generous portions of filet mignon are threaded onto two skewers and laced between sweet bell peppers, onions and mushrooms.  A garlic teriyaki dipping sauce compliments this delicious entrée.     20

Trout Almondine

From Carolina’s fresh waters, this fish is butterflied, lightly dusted with corn meal, seasoned to perfection then pan-seared.  A traditional French almondine sauce consisting of butter, lemon juice and slivered almonds provide a rich and nutty crunch to this classic meal.   26

BBQ Chop  

John hand cuts a large, boneless, center cut chop.  Seared on the grill, finished in the Bistro’s wood fired oven, and blanketed with our house BBQ sauce.     23

Bistro Spaghetti

Medina’s homemade sauce begins with ground rib-eye, ground pork and garden veggies. Blending red wine, beef stock and a special mix of Italian seasonings brings a delicious flavor to the pasta. Served w/ garlic toast for munching and mopping up.  13  Have it “John’s Way” (if you dare) by baking jalapeno peppers, mushrooms and mozzarella on top.   16

Parmesan Encrusted Whitefish

So popular it never comes off the menu.  Heart healthy and tastes great too!  This light flaky fish is coated with a blend of panko crumbs and parmesan cheese, then pan seared ‘til crispy.  Our Bistro’s tasty red pepper tartar sauce sits on the side.   18
