Grilled Porkchop w/Sweet & Spicy BBQ

John hand cuts a wicked thick, center cut, boneless chop.  Seared on the grill and finished in the Bistro’s wood fired oven, this entrée is accompanied with a sweet & spicy house BBQ sauce.    23

Chicken Mediterranean

Free range chicken breast is so perfectly cooked in our wood fired oven. Oooh the flavor! Our light and delicious sauce of sundried tomatoes, white wine, olives, feta cheese, and capers is ladled on top. Bringing the Mediterranean to your plate!  20

Honey Teriyaki Salmon

Atlantic Salmon is brought to you fresh from the coast. A teriyaki honey glaze sears all of the flavors into this oh-so-fresh fish entree. Our house tartar sauce and fresh lemon are perfectly paired with this dish.  23

Bistro Spaghetti

Medina’s homemade sauce begins with ground rib-eye, ground pork and garden veggies. Blending red wine, beef stock and a special mix of Italian seasonings brings a delicious flavor to the pasta. Served w/ garlic toast for munching and mopping up.  13  Have it “John’s Way” (if you dare) by baking jalapeno peppers, mushrooms and mozzarella on top.   16

Parmesan Encrusted Whitefish

So popular it just doesn’t comes off the menu.  Heart healthy and tastes great too!  This light flaky fish is coated with a blend of panko crumbs and parmesan cheese, then pan seared ‘til crispy.  Our Bistro’s tasty red pepper tartar sauce sits on the side.   18
