Butterflied Trout

From the waters of North Carolina, this trout is lightly dusted with corn meal, pan-fried, and served with a light champagne lemon beurre blanc. -24

Porterhouse Chop

12 oz bone-in chop wood fired & topped with a delicious maple bourbon apricot glaze. -27

Chicken Francaise

All natural chicken breast thinly pounded, breaded lightly, and sautéed with Cremini mushrooms, capers, lemon, garlic, white wine, and butter.   -18    

Filet Mignon

Hand Cut 10 oz. filet is wood fired to your preferred temperature. Topped with crispy onion straws and served with a cajun creamy horseradish on the side.   -38 

Crab Stuffed Shrimp

Six large shrimp are stuffed with homemade crab stuffing and broiled until brown. Served topped with a lemon hollandaise sauce.  -25

Seafood Alfredo

Parmesan Encrusted Whitefish – A local favorite, this light and flaky fish is coated with a blend of parmesan and panko crumbs, then pan seared ‘til crispy.  Served with our house red pepper tartar sauce.   18

Linguine with Clam Sauce –Clams tossed in linguine with a house white wine garlic butter sauce and fresh Parmesan cheese.  Served with garlic toast on the side.  Simple and delicious.   16

Chicken

Chicken Marsala – This all natural chicken breast is lightly floured then sautéed with mushrooms, oil, garlic, butter, sweet marsala wine reduction and a brown demi-glace.  A sprinkle of parsley decorates this dish.   17

Filet w/ Crispy Onion Straws– Hand-cut and chargrilled to your preferred temperature, this filet is so tender you can cut it with a fork. Served with crispy onion straws and a side of bearnaise.  38

Chop with Chardonnay Cheese Sauce – This center-cut chop is hand-cut, seasoned by John, then chargrilled.   This week’s chop top is a white chardonnay cheese sauce. 21

Chicken Francaise – This all-natural chicken breast is very lightly dipped in egg and flour and sautéed with a tangy sauce of olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and white wine, butter, capers, and garlic.   Delightful!   17

Wild Mushroom Fettucine – This pasta is just the right combination of sautéed wild mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, parmesan cheese, butter, and fettucine pasta.  A perfect meal.  16

Citrus Zest Trout – Trout caught today! This local trout is pan seared and drizzled with an  orange and lemon zest Grand Marnier sauce .  It is so incredibly fresh, light, and delicious.  22

Stockyard’s Steak Ribeye  – John’s hand cut steaks are not to be beat for quality and delectable flavor.  House seasoning is rubbed on this steak before chargrilling.  Served with house horseradish cream sauce.  26

Parmesan Encrusted Whitefish –John coats this light and flaky fish with a blend of parmesan and panko bread crumbs.  He pan sears it ‘til crispy and adds his very tasty red pepper tartar sauce on the side.   A local favorite!   17

Salted Caramel and Vanilla Mud Pie  – OK, this is just awesome!  This chilly pie is layered with Fudge, Salted Caramel ice cream, and Vanilla ice cream.  Oreo cookie crumbs are sprinkled on top.  The pie is drizzled with chocolate sauce and finished with a dollop of whip cream  5.5
