Chicken

Chicken Marsala – This all natural chicken breast is lightly floured then sautéed with mushrooms, oil, garlic, butter, sweet marsala wine reduction and a brown demi-glace.  A sprinkle of parsley decorates this dish.   17

Filet w/ Crispy Onion Straws– Hand-cut and chargrilled to your preferred temperature, this filet is so tender you can cut it with a fork. Served with crispy onion straws and a side of bearnaise.  38

Chop with Chardonnay Cheese Sauce – This center-cut chop is hand-cut, seasoned by John, then chargrilled.   This week’s chop top is a white chardonnay cheese sauce. 21

Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Asian Plum Sauce – Seasoned perfectly and chargrilled to perfection our tender pork tenderloin medallions come with a delectable Asian plum sauce.  21

Encrusted Whitefish A local favorite, this light tasting fish is breaded with a Panko/parmesan mix.  John pan sears it ‘til crispy then serves his tasty red pepper tartar sauce on the side.  17

Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes– This is the launch of Medina’s new Crab Cakes.  With The Best Jumbo Blue Lump Crab available we are blending perfect seasonings and ingredients to complete this spectacular meal for you.  32

Blackened Filet and Maytag Blue Cheese SaladThis salad has a perfect blend of Maytag blue cheese, nuts, dried fruit, mixed greens, and of course tender grilled beef tenderloin! Served with a chunky blue cheese balsamic dressing.  18

Spaghetti w/Meat SauceThis homemade sauce is made with ground sirloin and sweet Italian sausage.  Add in garden vegetables and you have a wonderful sauce ladled atop oodles of noodles!   Served with garlic toast.  13
