Wild Caught Salmon – This fresh Atlantic salmon is chargrilled and joined with a medley of spring veggies of carrots, squash, red cabbage and zucchini sautéed in sesame seed oil. Tartar sauce available, just ask your server. – 22

Flank Steak Oscar – This tender piece of beef is marinated with a Sierra Nevada Ale. It is grilled to temperature, then sliced into thin strips while lump crabmeat, grilled asparagus and a delicious Hollandaise sauce top it off. – 24
Chicken Florentine – Free range chicken breast is pounded thin and grilled. The magic begins when fresh baby spinach, sautéed with garlic, onion and white wine accompanies this dish, which is then drizzled with a tomato-basil pepper jack cheese sauce. – 18

Filet Mignon – Hand cut and oh so tender, this 8-10 oz choice piece of beef is served with sautéed garlic and shallots. Mushrooms are flambeed in Brandy, while the pan sauce is reduced to create a lovely gravy. – 36
