Dinner Specials Friday and Saturday, April 2 and 3: 5-8 p.m.­


Dinner entrées come with your choice of a soup or a salad, fresh vegetable of the day, and starch of the day. The spaghetti entrée comes with your choice of soup or salad.

Chicken Parmesan

One very generous, all-natural chicken breast is pounded, breaded, pan-fried and adorned with the Bistro’s homemade marinara sauce and a three-cheese blend of mozzarella, smoked provolone and parmesan. Served with spaghetti and a side of garlic toast. 20

Roarin’ Rib-eye Burger

This burger is pretty darn special, ground from rib-eye steak and weighing in at ½ pound. Dusted lightly with Cajun powder, cooked to order, then joined with mushrooms, swiss cheese, caramelized onions sitting in a Kaiser roll. 13

Apple Chop

John hand cuts a wicked thick, center cut, boneless chop. Seared on the grill and finished in the Bistro’s wood fired oven, this entrée is accompanied with a compote made with chunks of delicious apples, grown in local orchards. 23

Bistro Spaghetti

Medina’s homemade sauce begins with ground rib-eye, ground pork and garden veggies. Blending red wine, beef stock and a special mix of Italian seasonings brings a delicious flavor to the pasta. Served w/ garlic toast for munching and mopping up. 13 Have it “John’s Way” (if you dare) by baking jalapeno peppers, mushrooms and mozzarella on top. 16

Parmesan Encrusted Whitefish

So popular it just doesn’t comes off the menu. Heart healthy and tastes great too! This light flaky fish is coated with a blend of panko crumbs and parmesan cheese, then pan seared ‘til crispy. Our Bistro’s tasty red pepper tartar sauce sits on the side. 18

We may add gratuity of 20% to parties of 6 or more.
